SALES WORKFLOW PROOF STANDARD

Evidence before
confidence.

A workflow is not good because the AI sounds polished. It is good when the useful output survives a defined review process.

REVIEW LEDGER / STATUS

Inspectable by design.

Source fidelity. Completeness. Sales usefulness. Unsupported inference. Correction effort. Execution time. Privacy risk. Action authority.

POLISH IS NOT A PASS CONDITION.

THE REVIEW LEDGER

Eight checks. One question.

Would a seller or manager trust this output enough to use it after seeing exactly where it came from?

01 / SOURCE FIDELITYCan important claims be traced to permitted inputs?
02 / COMPLETENESSDid the workflow cover the fields and decisions the job requires?
03 / SALES USEFULNESSDoes the result help complete the actual seller job?
04 / UNSUPPORTED INFERENCEWhat did the model add, assume or state too confidently?
05 / CORRECTION EFFORTHow much human work was required before the output became usable?
06 / EXECUTION TIMEWhen timing is controlled, how long did workflow + review take?
07 / PRIVACY RISKDoes the workflow expose data or create handling risk it should not?
08 / ACTION AUTHORITYWho still must review, approve, send, write, commit or decide?

PROOF STATES / CLICK TO INSPECT

Technical labels carry meaning.

They are not decorative “tech” copy. Each label tells the reviewer how the information may be used.

SOURCE — Traceable evidence

A claim backed by a permitted input another reviewer can inspect.

INFERENCE — Reasoned, not directly stated

Useful interpretation that must remain labeled so it is not mistaken for evidence.

UNKNOWN — Information not established

A deliberate stop condition. The model is not authorized to fill the gap.

AI DRAFT — Machine-generated working output

Useful as working material, not yet approved for consequential use.

HUMAN REVIEW — Explicit approval required

An accountable person must verify or approve before the action proceeds.

FAILED CHECK / FINAL

Failed checks preserve material defects. Final marks an artifact that has survived the defined review process.

Same task. Same rules. Preserved failures.

Comparisons freeze the instructions, source rules, output schema and review criteria before conclusions are drawn.
